As the Senior Director of Analytics and Insights at Cars.com, Brian’s team is recognized as an analytics center of excellence throughout the organization, providing reporting, analysis and insights for both internal stakeholders and external customers. Since joining Cars.com in 2006, he has executed on a number of impressive initiatives, including developing innovative new reporting tools for dealer customers that provide insight into consumer behavior on Cars.com’s wired and mobile properties.
Brendan is the Director of Product Marketing at Cars.com and manages a growing team of local and national product marketers. Since joining Cars.com in 2004, Dougherty has contributed to several departments across the organization, including Operations and Sales. He has been instrumental in the execution and launch of multiple advertising products across all three tiers. Most recently, Dougherty acted as the marketing lead on the integration of DealerRater into the Cars.com family, and led the go-to-market strategy for new products.
Elaine Richards serves as the Executive Vice President of Business Operations for Cars.com. In this role, Richards oversees the integration and onboarding strategies for new company acquisitions, in addition to leading the DealerRater strategy to ensure alignment of Cars.com’s extensive operational touchpoints. Richards is responsible for operationalizing the long-term vision for the company focusing on initiatives that support future growth. Since Joining Cars.com in 2010, she has held several positions including Vice President of Channel Development.
