After helping to found 3 companies, Matthew Welch entered the auto industry at the age of 23. He began to sell in 1992 and was running the sales department at BMW of Bellevue by the age of 24. Matthew spent 1994-2006 running Carter VW/Saab in Seattle, becoming the #1 VW dealership in the state. In 2006 he was blessed with the opportunity to buy Auburn Volkswagen, where in the past 10 years the sales have increased from 10th place in the state to now being on the podium for the past 8 years.
Valerie Vallancourt is the Vice President of Marketing for Outsell. She has more than 10 years of experience in digital marketing, and is currently vice president of marketing at Outsell, which helps auto dealers drive more revenue by transforming how they engage customers and prospects throughout their lifecycle. Valerie is a proven leader in building strong, high-performing teams and collaborating cross-functionally across organizations.
