Madison is a passionate marketing researcher with 10 years of experience in the automotive industry. She loves questions like: What role do cars play in consumers' lives? How do they find and fall in love with a vehicle? How do they balance budget, functional needs, and car ownership dreams as they make such a major purchase decision? Before joining CarGurus, she studied Marketing and Cognitive Science at the University of Virginia, spent 8 years understanding vehicle shoppers and the car dealership business inside and out at CarMax, and completed her MBA at IE Business School in Madrid, Spain.
