Differentiating Specific Touchpoints for Your Customer Experience

Over time dealerships begin to look more like their competitors. How will you stand out when your product and the price are the exact same as your competitors? How we serve our customers is how we will be chosen.

This has never been more relevant than it is today. Ultimately, your differentiator is your customer experience, and innovating specific customer experience touchpoints during the buying process needs to be a major dealership initiative.

Determining which touchpoint you want to focus on and specialize in will be part of your story. You get to decide which one it is. Not the OEM, you. Chasing solutions, transitioning from one to the other without picking one and specializing in it will leave you stationary. Solution overload is a real thing. Determining the right solutions that fit your brand can propel you forward

Where can you start? Find the pain point that customers commonly have and fix it. Make that part of the experience easy for your customers. What is your story? What do you want it to be? When you choose to know your brand and focus on one area of innovation then you can add value into that sector of your business brand and everything else will follow.

People need cars but crave experiences. Create an experience for them.
