Patrick McMullen is Senior Vice President, Strategy & Innovation for MAXDigital. McMullen works closely with the executive leadership team to execute strategic initiatives to increase the company’s growth and profitability and strengthen its reputation with industry leaders.McMullen has been instrumental in coordinating and driving the company’s growth strategy, as well as providing ongoing insights to client executive teams about marketing and selling in an increasingly changing digital landscape. He has also been instrumental in the development and delivery of MAXDigital’s “Stop the Drop” workshops, which help dealerships improve customer experience and hold gross profits.
McMullen brings over a decade worth of management experience in the automotive industry and has broad knowledge and industry expertise in pre-owned and digital online operations. After successful careers at Enterprise Rent-a-Car and CarMax, Patrick was a Sales Manager in the financial services industry. He joined FirstLook, another INCISENT Labs Group company in 2007, where he served as Director of Operations and then Vice President, Account Development. When FirstLook merged into MAX Digital, he became SVP, Customer Success and now holds the role of Strategy & Innovation.
